Ireland, without several regular starters, took the lead on sixty nine minutes through Leanne Kiernan but were jolted four minutes later when goalkeeper Marie Hourihan conceded an own goal. With just three minutes remaining, substitute Amber Barrett, introduced nine minutes earlier, grabbed the crucial winner.
