Dalymount Park hosted the meeting of Bohemian and Dundalk which saw the ‘Gypsies’ crush their visitors by five goals to one. Promoted duo Drogheda United and Longford Town met at Head in the Game Park where the hosts secured a comfortable four one victory. Struggling Waterford took an an early lead against visitors Finn Harps in the RSC but the Donegal side recovered to score twice in the second half for victory..
